At Pet Voria, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused and in its original packagingItems that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Items sent back without approval may not be accepted
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
