Return & Refund Policy

At Pet Voria, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused and in its original packagingItems that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. Return Shipping Costs
